- Excessive resource usage that negatively impacts other customers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately for violations of this section.
5. Resource Usage
Customers must use server resources responsibly.
Excessive CPU, memory, bandwidth, disk I/O, or network usage that adversely affects service stability may result in:
- Temporary suspension;
- Resource limitation;
- Required service upgrades;
- Termination of Services.
Unlimited services are subject to reasonable and fair use.
6. Payment and Billing
All fees are due in advance according to the billing cycle selected.
You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for recurring services.
Failure to pay invoices on time may result in:
- Late fees;
- Suspension of Services;
- Termination of Services;
- Data deletion.
Prices may change at any time upon notice.
Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable.
7. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, if offered, is subject to the specific service plan purchased.
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Domain registrations and renewals;
- Software licenses;
- Dedicated servers;
- Setup fees;
- Custom services.
Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Scheduled maintenance, hardware failures, third-party outages, force majeure events, and internet disruptions may affect availability.
Any uptime guarantees are governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA), if applicable.
9. Backups and Data Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data unless managed backup services are specifically purchased.
We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or recovery.
10. Intellectual Property
All Company trademarks, logos, software, systems, and materials remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.
You retain ownership of your own content hosted through the Services.
You grant us a limited license to host, store, transmit, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
11. Content and DMCA Compliance
Customers must comply with all copyright laws.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content upon receiving valid legal notices.
Repeat copyright infringement may result in account termination.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or Services at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms;
- Your activities create legal or security risks;
- Payment is overdue;
- Required by law or governmental request.
You may terminate Services by canceling through your customer portal before the renewal date.
Termination does not relieve outstanding payment obligations.
13. Limitation of Liability

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities;
- Data loss or corruption;
- Service interruptions.

Domain registrations are subject to registry and ICANN policies.
We do not guarantee domain availability or registration success.
